Returns and exchanges
If you have any problems with your order please send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours or receiving your order to start the return/exchange process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. I don’t accept cancellations.
All orders are shipped out in 3-5 business days through USPS. When your item has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Romy Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are marked as delivered.
